Camera-Ready Submission Process:
The titles and authors of camera-ready papers must be identical to those submitted for peer review. Revised paper titles and deletion/addition of author names must seek the Program Chairs’ consent with proper justification. Change to the order of author names is allowed. Failure to follow these requirements will result in the deletion of the paper from the conference publication without refund.
Authors should use the above camera-ready submission site to upload their papers by following the steps:
- Create an account and then login to your account for submission.
- Click on “Paper Specifications” to check the page limits.
- Check detailed requirements on “Formatting Your Paper” and “Paper Validation”, which are in the menu on the left of the page.
- Enter your paper details (e.g., Paper ID, Paper Title, Abstract), add all the authors, and upload your final paper PDF file.
- Complete your paper’s copyright form.
Important: Each accepted paper must have at least one full registration. For authors with multiple papers accepted by the conference/workshops, each main conference paper (post/demo included) must have one separate main conference registration; each workshop or PhD symposium paper must have one separate workshop registration.
Formatting Instructions:
All camera-ready submissions should follow the IEEE 8.5-inch x 11-inch two-column format. Please refer to the following table for the page limits of different paper categories. Extra pages, if applicable, can be purchased at a rate of 200 USD per page during the conference registration.

Instructions for paper presentation:
Most of the sessions are 90 minutes long and include 4 papers. Thus, each paper is allocated approximately 22 minutes, consisting of a 15-17 minute presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A. The session chair information is posted in the Technical Program on the conference website. Please send a short biography of your paper presenter with a few sentences to your session chair as soon as possible. Please arrive at the room for your presentation 10 minutes before the start of your session and inform the session chair of your presence.
